Service Description
Learn how tender chicken, softly set egg, and a delicate dashi-based sauce come together in perfect balance, then finish the dish over freshly steamed rice. Understated, comforting, and deeply satisfying — a taste of everyday Japan, elevated. Served with seasonal vegetable kobachi, miso-soup and dessert. -Vegetarian and vegan options are available -Minimum of 2 guests required to book. (We do not accept solo bookings.) -6 ppl max -Pricing is per guest. Use “Add more people” to include additional participants. Classes are held only on Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00–12:30) in Jan, Feb, June & Dec. More dates available Mar–May and Jul–Nov.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations Full refund if canceled 7 days before the class. After that: no refunds, including no-shows and late arrivals. Date changes are possible if another class has availability. Kids Welcome with an adult. Allergies Please inform me in advance. Arrival Please come on time. Photos Photos are welcome — let me know if you prefer not to be in them. Respect This is a home kitchen — please remove your shoes.
