Service Description
Join us as we prep authentic sushi rice and learn the secrets to rolling beautiful norimaki. This classic version focuses on fresh vegetables, egg, and crab meat rather than raw fish—making it a crowd-pleaser for everyone. We’ll round out the meal with comforting miso soup, onigiri, and seasonal small plates. -Vegetarian and vegan options are available -Minimum of 2 guests required to book. (solo bookings are subject to a minimum booking fee equivalent to two participants.) -6 ppl max Classes are held only on Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00–12:30) in Jan, Feb, June & Dec. More dates available Mar–May and Jul–Nov.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations Full refund if canceled 7 days before the class. After that: no refunds, including no-shows and late arrivals. Date changes are possible if another class has availability. Kids Welcome with an adult. Allergies Please inform me in advance. Arrival Please come on time. Photos Photos are welcome — let me know if you prefer not to be in them. Respect This is a home kitchen — please remove your shoes.
