Happy New Year, and thank you very much for your continued support.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who found and connected with Tokyo Mom’s Kitchen over the past year.

I look forward to sharing many more warm and meaningful moments through cooking in 2026.

The new year began with a ramen class joined by a lovely family from Australia.

In this class, we prepared

two different ramen soups and handmade gyoza.

As the mother is pescatarian,

we made one ramen with a seafood-based broth,

and another with our regular ramen soup.

The whole family enjoyed cooking together and sharing the process.

Preparing multiple dishes within one class is not always simple,

but a natural sense of teamwork emerged,

and the kitchen was filled with a calm and comfortable atmosphere.

Sharing the finished ramen and gyoza at the table,

and seeing the smiles and conversations that followed,

reminded me once again why I love this work so much.

After the class, the family continued on to their next destination, Canada.

Thank you very much for spending such precious time with us before your flight.

This year as well,

I will continue to cherish each class,

creating warm moments where people can connect through food.

I sincerely wish you all a happy and fulfilling year ahead.
